STORAGE SPACE SIZES
Storage units range in size from a small
walk-in closet to a roomy two car garage. Sizes range from 5x10,
5x15, w/shelf, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x20
w/shelf, 10x30 and 10x40. HDL also has outside
storage space for cars, boats, trailers, etc.
HDL has raised wooden flooring in most of their regular storage units to keep items off the concrete slab. This
works well because concrete has tendency to
sweat throughout the different seasons. With raised wooden flooring there are no worries about condensation being absorbed by boxes or furniture.
CLIMATE CONTROLLED
The 8’ x 12’ x 8’ climate rooms have a cedar wall as well as raised wooden flooring to make it similar to a cedar closet at home. The climate building is heated and air conditioned along with humidity controls, heat and fire sensors and security cameras. This building is definitely ‘Top Notch’ when it comes to storing your most sensitive pieces.
