expected to remember to pay their rent on time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
HDL offers automatic payment options with credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard or Discover as well as payment by cash or checks.
Option 1) On the 1st of the month HDL can run the credit card they have on file for you.
Option 2) On the 6th of the month, if HDL has not seen your rent payment yet they will run the credit card on file for you to avoid any late fees. If your payment arrives after the 6th of the month it will be applied to the next months rent.
Option 3) HDL takes cash and checks as payment for rent as well.
PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE
HDL offers package acceptance. Whether it is oversized freight to fragile items, for a small handling fee HDL will accept packages for customers. These items can be stored on site in the secure warehouse until it is picked up or HDL can put them into the customers storage unit or HDL can deliver it to an off site location. (Additional charges may be applied for items that need the use of a forklift).
CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE
HDL has secure climate controlled rooms with a cedar wall and raised wooden flooring to make it similar to a cedar closet at home. Each room includes the use of 12 deluxe heavy duty 6’ x 6’ moving blankets. Additional blankets may be rented if needed. The climate building is heated and air conditioned along with humidity controls, heat and fire sensors and security cameras. This building is definitely “Top Notch” when it comes to storage.
FULL MOVING SERVICE
HDL offers full service moving to or from any home, office or storage facility. HDL can do as much or as little as needed. For further information go to the Moving page or call the office at 262-723-5774 for a free estimate.
ON-SITE PROFESSIONAL LOAD OR UNLOAD SERVICE
HDL can provide the manpower to load or unload a vehicle, truck or trailer professionally and safely. Call the HDL office to set up a time for this service.
HDL has over 220 storage units of various sizes as well as climate controlled rooms and
outside parking spaces for cars, trailers and other vehicles. The property is extra secure with
an on-site office and resident managers that keep the property in tip-top condition. There is an electronic gated entrance that is all well lit after dark. All the units have a tamper resistant lock built into the door. Storage is easily accessible with a great location and daily gate hours of
6 am till 8 pm. Stop by and see for yourself the best and cleanest storage facility in the area.
